We take pride in the craftsmanship of our blades and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your knife does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully clean the blade and place the item in its original protective sheath and box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
